										ITN Networks Diamond Sweepstakes 402 OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PURCHASING WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING How to Enter: Beginning at 12a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 4, 2002 until 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2002, you may enter this sweepstakes in one of the two following ways: (i) by visiting www.itnnetmedia.com/current/diamondsweepstakes402/main.asp and completing the online entry form; or (ii) by handprinting your full name, complete address (including zip code) and phone number either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8 ½ x 11, and mailing the card or paper to: ITN Networks c/o Diamond Sweepstakes 402 747 Third Ave., 5th Floor New York, New York 10017 Limit one (1) entry per person, irrespective of method of entry. Multiple, mechanically reproduced, incorrect, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are void. How Winner will be Determined: On or around April 8, 2002, 2 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Each winner will be notified by e-mail and/or mail within 7 days of the drawing date above and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within 14 days of issuance. If the prize notification to a potential winner is returned as undelivered or any potential winner fails to complete and return all requested forms within the specified time or comply with any other requirements of this sweepstakes, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. It is the responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his/her e-mail address. Prizes: The winner shall receive a diamond bracelet. The diamond bracelet brand and style shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value of each prize is $400. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $800. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes will be awarded "as is" and winners agree to look solely to manufacturer with respect to any warranties and guarantees provided by manufacturer. No substitution, transfer of any prize, or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability at time of award, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to: legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, except employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and their household members of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and agents (collectively, "Affiliates"), and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, and employees of the foregoing entities. No correspondence concerning this sweepstakes, including email, will be entered into by Sponsor with any non-winning entrants. However, online entrants to this sweepstakes will receive one email each month with fun, facts, trivia and valuable offers from ITN. In addition, entrants will have the opportunity to receive other information about products and services which may be of interest to them when they enter but will have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving this information by following the directions provided. This sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Conditions of Entry: Sponsor, its Affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any and all Internet access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes; inability to access this Web site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly, or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at this Web site; mail-in entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, damaged, postage due or any combination thereof; or printing, human, or other errors. Proof of mailing or submitting online entry is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this sweepstakes, or if a computer virus or bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any technical difficulty or failure compromises, corrupts, or otherwise affects the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to (i) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, (ii) modify or suspend this sweepstakes, or (iii) terminate this sweepstakes or any of the affected drawings, and conduct random drawing(s) to award the prize(s) using all entries received as of the termination date. Should this sweepstakes or any of the drawings be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on this Web site. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage this Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Miscellaneous: In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By entering, all participants and/or entrants release Sponsor and its sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, Sponsor, its Affiliates, and all of the respective employees, officers, directors, and shareholders of the foregoing entities, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation in this sweepstakes or his/her receipt or use or misuse of any prize awarded in this sweepstakes.
